• Unless stated otherwise you will be expected to bring your own kit. We do have a limited selection of craft, wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets available to hire, however this must be discussed before booking.

  • Helmets are required for paddling on white water sections.

  • Close-toed shoes without heels and with reasonable grip will need to be worn, an old pair of trainers is perfect.

  • Appropriate clothing for the weather, expect to end up in the water and dress for immersion (we do have wetsuits available for hire in a range of sizes at £5 each).

  • Buoyancy Aids must be worn at all times on and near the water.

  • The kit you bring must be in reasonable condition and Buoyancy Aids must be CE or UKCA marked.

  • Please note that we will not be able to allow anyone to participate in the activity if they arrive with inappropriate or inadequate equipment.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants must be in good health, capable of moderate physical activity, and able to swim. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  2. We are a family-friendly business and welcome children, however, we cannot cater to children younger than 8 years old (12 in the case of Let's Paddle White Water activities).

  3. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this but before 72 hours of the scheduled activity will result in a 40% forfeiture of the booking price. No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.

  4. We will not be able to permit anyone to participate in the activity if they arrive with inappropriate or inadequate equipment, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, in this case no refunds will be given.

  5. Participants must comply with all safety instructions given by our leaders. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without refund.

  6. In the case of adverse weather or water conditions, an alternative venue within a reasonable distance will be used. If the weather or water conditions do not allow this, customers will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule. This will be at the sole discretion of the organiser.

  7. Some of our activities require a certain number of participents to run (this is usually 2-3), in the case that the activity is cancelled customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or given a full refund.

  8. The company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the activity. Except in cases where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence of the company, its employees, or agents.

  9. We follow the "Check, Clean, Dry" procedure in order to protect our waterways from invasive species and encourage our customers to do the same.

  10. Prior to participating in any of our paddle sports activities, all participants will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver and medical information form. This form will include important information regarding any relevant health concerns, as well as an agreement to release the company from liability in the event of injury or damage, (excluding that occurring from negligence by our staff or company). By signing this form, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with paddle sports, and you agree to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff. Failure to complete and sign this form may result in refusal of participation in our activities. This will be emailed to you after your booking and the information will be collected, stored, and processed in compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
